Living area, well appointed kitchen, dining area, 2 spacious living level bedrooms (1 queen and 1 double), upper loft with 2 single beds, one and one/half bath, propane heat, central air, woodstove and fireplace. $450.00 per week (Sunday to Saturday or flexible if available).

Second cabin features 1 living level bedroom (1 queen), large loft with sitting/study area and two twin beds, living room with double futon and one large modern bathroom with double sinks and a separate toilet area.. $450.00 per week (Sunday to Saturday or flexible if available).

Onsite laundry, large level lot with rose and herb gardens, perfect for a relaxing visit filled with biking, hiking and touring. Area sites include the famous Callaway gardens, Roosevelt’s Little White House, historic towns filled with antebellum homes, antiques and shopping. A public swimming pool is nearby. Pleasant Valley Ministries is less than 10 minutes away and is world renowned for its exceptional teaching and ministry.

Property is approximately 5 miles from Sprewell State Park, which offers fishing, hiking, swimming, canoeing, and tubing on the Flint River. Roosevelt State Park is 20 minutes away. Hunting available through local hunt clubs.

A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation and the remaining balance is due seven days prior to rental time. The deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received seven (7) days prior to the rental date. A $50.00 charge will be kept if cancellation is less than the seven (7) days required. If you have a short notice reservation full payment is expected at your arrival.
